We do not accept returns for any reason other than product defects or damages. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
• You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible.
• A one-time replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.
• Proof of defect/damage (such as photos or videos) is required to process the exchange.

📦 Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable replacement of equal value.
